Order Status

If you want to know status of your recently placed order or need to find out its current status, visit our online order status page, there you would find how to track your order and its current status. You will need your order number and post code used when ordering.

Return & Exchanges

If you need help regarding a return or refund for your return note it can take up to 4 weeks to process from when we recieved your return items. Once a refund has been process you will be notified via the email that you registered when placing the order.

Unsubscribe From Our Mailing List

If you are still receving promotional email from us after requesting to be removed, note that it can take 2-4 weeks to fully take you off our mailing list. You may continue to get promotional offers from us until your email is fully taken off our database.
