- You can personally return items to our store if you live close by and is convenient to you
- Make sure to take proof of purchase with you
- Alternatively you can show email as a proof
Post it to us
- If you live in the UK you can post your items to us through your nearest post office
- Return is free from UK, please download a return label at free of charge from our website
- Return via the returns hum are tracked
- Remeer to post you return with 14 days
Get it collected
- You can also arrange for you return to be collection from your doorstep
- Go to our return hub and order a free collection
- You will need to be abailable on your specified day of collection
